Brief Company History: Kwik Kopy Pasadena opened in 1969 as the fifteenth franchise location sold by the Kwik Kopy Corporation. In March 1992, Marilyn Wilkins, Arthur Schramm, and Winifred Schramm purchased the franchise. The franchise remained in place until August 2008. At that time, Marilyn Wilkins purchased all shares from Alfred and Winifred. In May 2017 after a 25-year franchise contract, the Board of Directors made the decision to leave the franchise and create their own dba, Artwin Graphics. The name honors previous, now deceased, owners Arthur and Winifred Schramm. Marilyn Wilkins is the President of the company. Craig Wilkins is our Vice President and Sales Manager. Our parent company has been in business for over 30 years.
Wilkins & Associates, Inc. acquired ADS Custom Signs, Inc. on July 29, 2019. With this acquisition came the added capabilities of products and services through both ADS Custom Signs and The Awning Warehouse. Both companies have served the Texas Gulf Coast for over 30 years.
Our next acquisition was Speedy’s Printing in August 2019, which expands our reach into Galveston and surrounding counties. Speedy’s Printing has been operational for over 56 years. ADS Custom Signs opened a Galveston branch in the Fall of 2020.
